Lotus seeds are small and round . We can cook and eat them in different ways .

We eat lotus roots . The big brown and yellow roots are delicious . There are many ways to cook them .
我们吃莲藕。又大又黄的棕色藕很好吃，做法也有很多。
Lotus leaves are big , round and green . We can eat the young leaves . We can also cook rice in the leaves .
荷叶又大又圆，是绿色的。嫩叶可以吃，我们还能用荷叶包着米来做饭。
