Hiking in the mountains can be a lot of fun , but there are some things you should know :

Be careful of bad weather . Don't go hiking in bad weather ! In summer there is heavy rain and in winter there is heavy snow .

Bring enough water . In the mountains there is often little clean water , so bring enough water with you .
带够水。山里往往缺少干净的水，所以要随身带够水。
Wear good hiking shoes and the right clothes . It is very important to wear the right shoes . It is often windy in the mountains too , so bring a jacket with you .
穿好的登山鞋和合适的衣服。穿对鞋子非常重要。山里也常常刮风，所以带上一件夹克。
Tell people about your trip . Tell your parents and friends before you go . They need to know where you are .
