怎么用：这是本单元的阅读时间，讲茶的历史，一段一段往下读。
第 1 段有个很好玩的角度：最早的人不喝茶，而是直接吃茶叶（But they did eat tea leaves! 这里的 did 是用来强调「确实吃」的）。旁边的茶树小图给了五个部位词：leaves / stem / flower / seeds / root，正好和上一页胡萝卜的部位接上。
第 2 段讲茶怎么变成饮料：把茶叶放进热水里泡。这里出现两只老熟人 —— 棕熊 Zoom 问「怎样泡出一杯好茶」，小松鼠 Zip 回答「水很重要」。
第 3 段是时间和地理线：茶先在中国流行，然后传到日本和其他国家，1700 年代（也就是 18 世纪）在英国流行起来。注意 in the 1700s 要读成「in the seventeen hundreds」，指的是 18 世纪，不是「1700 年那一年」—— 这是孩子最容易读错的地方。
